2. Trademark Application : Trademark Application is file at the IPR website and mention all the details in the application
3. Trademark Journal : When trademark application is file then Trademark registry examine it and then the application is publish in Trademark journal for 4 months
4. Registration Certificate : When application is publish in trademark journal for 4 months and open to public and after 4 months if there is no opposition from public then Trademark Registry issues Trademark Registration Certificate.
